Our Mission.

At Crossings Kids, we believe that parents are a child’s #1 disciple-maker. You have the greatest influence on your child’s life, and we want to partner with you as you lead them. In Crossings Kids we have a mission to help children and their families find and follow Jesus. We believe parents are children's #1 disciple-maker and they have the greatest influence on their children's lives.

Nursery & Preschool.

Ages 6 weeks to Pre-K.

Your preschool-aged kids will learn about prayer, worship, and God's love in our nursery and preschool. During both the 9am and 10:45am worship services, they will be taught through lessons, activities and worship geared directly toward their developmental level with other kids their age. Our goal for our Sunday Preschool program is that all kids will leave knowing that Jesus loves them! All volunteers are screened and trained to provide proper care and safety.

Elementary.

Kindergarten to 4th Grade

During both 9am and 10:45am worship services, kids in Kindergarten through 4th Grade come together to learn about God and grow in their faith! Lessons and activities are tailored to their specific age and development levels. Our goal for Crossings Kids is that all kids will have a strong faith foundation and solid spiritual habits as they move into Crossings Students. All volunteers are screened and trained to provide proper care and safety. 5th grade students are moving to Crossings Bridge.

Special Needs.

Our Special Needs Ministry offers both a self-contained learning environment and a Buddy Program. In our Crossings Sensory classroom, lessons and activities are adapted to meet the developmental and sensory needs of the students using the Awe & Wonder curriculum. Our Buddy Program provides kids the opportunity to attend class with their age group with a designated Buddy to provide them the support they need. All volunteers are screened and trained to provide proper care and safety.

Join Our Team!

God has brought families to our church who are willing to open their homes to provide a safe, loving place for children in difficult places, whether through foster care or adoption. This allows us to share the gospel through loving all the people involved: children, biological parents, foster parents, adoptive parents, social workers, and more. Do you want to be a part of what God is doing in this ministry? Find out how you can help out at the link below.

Helping families find and follow Jesus

What is Parent Commissioning?

Our Parent Commissioning Class is a Milestone class where parents will learn what it means to raise your child to be a disciple of Jesus.

Who is it for?

This class is for any family who calls The Church at Clayton Crossings their home whether through birth or adoption - new born to teenage kids.  Whatever stage of parenting someone is in this class may be the next Milestone in their journey.

How does one get enrolled?

We will offer this course twice a year. Anyone can find the Parent Commissioning registration link under “Sign Ups” in Church Center. For more information, email Erin or Stacey below.

Reporting and Responding to Sexual Abuse Against a Minor

We at The Church at Clayton Crossings want to do everything possible to protect the children who are entrusted to our care. When it comes to protecting children from sexual abuse, this protection begins with excellent preventative policies.

Our goal in this policy is to lovingly care for those who have experienced abuse, help them break the silence that compounds the damage of this experience, and point them towards the best available resources to begin healing from this experience.
